.: Service Provider
CHARTER TRAVEL s.r.o. trading as Airport Service acts as a transport provider (the "Supplier"). The contract for the transport service is between you and the Supplier.
Our registered office is at Banselova 23, 821 04 Bratislava, Slovakia and our company number is 36291251. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any booking, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations and you will be bound by them.
These booking conditions, in conjunction with the information set out on our website, and your voucher form the entire agreement between ourselves and yourselves and cover all bookings made through AirportService.sk, including bookings made on the www.airportservice.sk.
.: Limitations of Liability
The service provider of AirportService.sk and its affiliates will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions; mechanical failure; or any other conditions beyond our control. Any expenses arising as a result of delayed departure or arrival times, including missed flights or travel connections, are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
.: Payments
Airport Service services require prepayment with a credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card will be charge for the full amount at the time you make your reservation.
We accept the following cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club.
Please note, that American Express (AMEX) cards will not be accepted from 1st April 2019.
.: Special Requests
If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. We will endeavour to pass on all such requests to the Supplier, however we cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.
.: Refund Policy
Prepaid reservations canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up time. Reservations not prepaid will be charged the total fare for cancellations less than 2 hours before pick up or flight arrival time.
.: Privacy (GDPR)
This Statement about our Privacy Policy pertains to www.airportservice.sk. We process the data collected when you visit our site in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Slovak Republic and under the European GDPR Regulation. By using this website, you agree to the terms set forth herein. For purposes of our Privacy Policy, Personal Information means any information you submit to us which personally identifies you and includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.
The service provider of Airport Service collects Personal Information only when you submit it to us. It is AirportService's policy to keep this information as confidential and use it only for the purpose for which it was submitted or to improve our customers use of the Site and/or for marketing research. The service provider of AirportService.sk reserves the right to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. You may wish to check the Site periodically for changes to this Policy, since your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Policy will mean that you accept those changes. The right to withdraw consent at any time, even before the expiry of the period for which such consent was granted, may be exercised by the person concerned in the following ways:

c) by sending a written request to the address of the registered office of the operator with the text "GDPR - withdrawal of consent" on the envelope.
.: Passenger Safety
The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver's judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or anyone on board.
.: Lost Items
Passengers are responsible for their personal possessions. We try our best to return items left in our vehicles to their owners, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced items. Any charges incurred in returning a left-behind item to its owner must be paid for by the owner.
Many bags look alike. Our drivers cannot be responsible for remembering which bags belong to each passenger. Upon reaching your destination, please check to see that you have retrieved all your belongings, and that each bag, briefcase, computer, etc. is, indeed, yours.
Small items are left in our vehicles most often (cell phones, cameras, small bags and sunglasses, in particular).
.: Gratuities
In many cases, shared-ride airport rates do not include a gratuity. Tipping is allowed and is much appreciated by our drivers.
.: Legal Statement
By using the Site, you specifically accept and agree to abide by all terms and conditions herein. You should not use this Site if you do not accept and agree. This Site is available only for your personal use, which is limited to viewing the Site, providing information to us, and downloading information for your personal use and for purchasing products. Visitors assume all responsibility and risk with regard to using this Site and, in no case, shall AirportService.sk be liable for damages of any kind resulting from buyer(s) use of the Site.

Every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information on this Site. However, items displayed may be discontinued, and prices are subject to change. The AirportService.sk is not responsible for typographical errors and does reserve the right to make corrections and changes to the Site at any time without notice. The prices displayed are in EURO currency, effective for EU purchases, subject to applicable taxes to be paid by the buyer.
